Membership Guidelines

Save 5% on your initial membership fees when you join as a family (3 or more).

Our membership is NOT a dental insurance plan. Membership is exclusive to our office and can only be used at the office of Robert W. Johnson DMD, MAGD.

It’s non transferable.

It cannot be combined with any dental insurance coverage.

Discounts under your membership do not apply to any treatment prior to joining.
